These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using the services provided by First Choice Pallets LLC. By requesting, scheduling, or using our pallet delivery, pickup, buying, or selling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are designed to:

  • Establish a clear understanding between the Company and its customers

  • Define responsibilities for both parties

  • Protect the business from liability

  • Ensure smooth and professional service operations

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Provided
First Choice Pallets LLC offers:

  • Pallet delivery services

  • Pallet pickup services

  • Buying pallets

  • Selling pallets

All services are subject to availability and acceptance.
2. Service Agreements

  • All service requests must be confirmed by both parties before execution.

  • Pricing, quantities, and service details must be agreed upon prior to delivery or pickup.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before services are provided.

  • Payments must be made in full unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in cancellation fees.

5. Delivery and Pickup

  • Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to delivery or pickup locations.

  • First Choice Pallets LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our control.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery completion.

6. Condition of Pallets

  • All pallets sold are provided “as is” unless otherwise agreed.

  • Customers selling pallets to us must ensure pallets meet agreed-upon specifications.

  • We reserve the right to reject pallets that do not meet quality standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • First Choice Pallets LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Choice Pallets LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Compliance with Laws
Customers agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
